Cc not working w/variable simple contact form

Hello,

I have this script ...

$headers =

"From: \"$name\" <$fromemail>" . $headersep . "Reply-To: \"$name\" <$email>" . $headersep  . 'Cc: $copy' . $headersep . "X-Mailer: chfeedback.php 2.13.0" .

$headersep . 'MIME-Version: 1.0' . $headersep . $content_type  ;

Were $copy =  'myemail' ;

I am receiving the emails but on the Cc part is just saying "$copy". So I do not know what I am doing wrong.

The $copy is between single quotes (dumb quotes). Replace the single quotes with double quotes and it should work.

 

'Cc: $copy'

 

to

 

"Cc: $copy"
