Auto Gen Content Conditions in a CMS

I am writing a CMS just for the heck of it to learn some advanced topics. One of the features I am wanting to code into my system is to read into a directory after the content pages have been loaded in the content folder and generates a content conditions file where it strips the page name from the file name ie. home.php would then become

if(section == "home"){include('home.php');}elseif(etc.......){};

to speed up the coding of my websites without having to manually code content conditions every time I create a website.

Does anyone have any recommended reading or links to suggest to get to what I am wanting to achieve.

Thanks
