How to add a .php subscribe box to an full flash website

Hi, Ive been trying for days to figure this out with no luck. 

 

I have downloaded a full flash website template and have been trying to add an subscription box for my newsletter to the first page.  The file is written in .php so I figured if the answer exists, it would be here.

 

I have been using flash CS4 to do all editing to the template.

I want the subscribe box to be in the right text box just below the welcome to our site, rather than in the gray area below.

 

Any help is appreciated even if it's to let me know it's impossible.  Thanks...
