help creating a reverse image script

hello,

 

i am trying to  create my own version of a reverse image lookup script where people can enter an image url and it will lookup the image with image functions fingerprint it and compare it with exact images on other sites that it matches then output every single match. and also display the image that has been fingerprinted and looked up.

 

if anyone has an example on how to do this or could link to a site that explains this would be appreciated. as i have limited knowledge/experience with PHP image functions .
