I have an application that i am developing where I want to enact my own special usage of ctrl+F and I don't want the find box to pop-up in browsers. I am currently using the library I got here:

 

http://www.openjs.com/scripts/events/keyboard_shortcuts/

 

to create my own shortcuts. Now I need a way to disable the browser side of the shortcut. Anyone know how to do this?
