Dreamweaver Restriction access to page problem

I have problem with dw cs4 restriction to page. I have index.php (login form - if login ok redirect to index-1.php), index1.php with restriction and logout link, reg.php (registration form). On localhost (wampserver - apache+mysql 5.3) with connection on remote DB everithnig is ok, but when try on remote server (apache+mysql 5.2.1) I am getting problem with access to page. If I try registration form it works, I can see entered data in DB Table. If I remove restriction form from index1.php to leave just logout link, I can enter on index-1.php with logon form.

 

Any Help?
