Upload File Doesn't work on Webhost but it works fine in Localhost

i'm just new in php,

 

the upload file that i got doesn't work on Webhost but it works fine in Localhost. It always shows it's error message.

 

i've tried changing the memory limit and stuffs.

did you check the permission of uploaded_files folder on the web host???? whats your development and hosting environment???/

oh i have changed the permission of the uploaded_files. and it worked perfectly. i'm so new to this.
