Report help on rich internet applications

I got this as a uni report has anyone got any points I can write about or good online links for information. I am on 1200 words but need 800 more words to rabble on about

 

Question

• Critically reflect on the issues involved with the different standards, technologies, programming environments and uses of media based rich internet applications aka Flash, Silverlight and HTML 5 in this case.

• Critically evaluate the three technologies in reference to their capabilities in combining content from different sources and creating a good user experience in a high media rich internet application
