Jumpy09
So, for the life of me I cannot find this error! Maybe a second set of eyes can help. You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'from, to, message, date) VALUES ('1','2','SUCCESS! False Hopes',NOW()' at line 1 $query = "INSERT INTO `friendspending` (from, to, message, date) VALUES ('$from','$to','$message',NOW()"; mysql_query($query); I've got things exactly like it... very similar to this just with different tables and values. Table Layout: [pendid][from][to][message][date] Pendid, From, and To all have tinyint (4). Pendid is MasterKey, Auto-Increment. Message is Text, date is datetime. So, I don't mind if I am flamed... I need this issue ... fixed. Just in case, I have echoed all Variables... and they represent what they are suppose to. PFMaBiSmAd
from is a reserved mysql keyword and requires special handling when used as a column name. You either need to rename your column to something else or enclose it in back-ticks `` every time you use it in a query.
