displaying image dynamically from database

Hi,

I have an application to upload images after uploading and after submitting, the uploaded image must display in the same page 

I have done uploading images and the uploaded image will store into a folder at the same time the name of the image is stored in the database

now i need to retrieve the image from database and display it by using image tag when the particular id is selected

can you please give the syntax for that, i will attach my file
