graham23s
Hi Guys, I have came accross an issue with session while coding, i use a basic file called "inc-sessions.php" at the top of every page (so when people come to the site they can add items to their shopping cart) it contains: <?php session_start(); error_reporting (E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE); $sesID = session_id(); ?> what i never thought of was when users login i use sessions to keep track as well, so thats sessions for the cart and sessions for the logged in user, would it be ok to use 2 different sessions once the users logged in? cheers guys Graham
ignace
You don't need 2 different session's. You even can't have 2 session's. Just add the info for another section of your website into another section of the area, like: $_SESSION['section1'] = array(); $_SESSION['section2'] = array();
