Need help been stuck for ages- image size

I have a question, if you go here

You can see that the first image in its image box is big and its forcing the box to grow.

I want all images to be the same dimensions when they have been clicked and are on display as appose to the thumbnail. (im terrible at explaining)

this site uses the same script and there images all seem to be the same height, how have they done this please, and could you point me in the direction so i can get mine to do that
