GreyBox Help | Link Destinations Staying Inside GreyBox

How do you make it so that when links are clicked it closes GreyBox and goes to the page normally outside of GreyBox (but not in a new window). Alternatively, how could I open a new window in case the ideal solution isn't found.

 

So I'm using a form dropdown nav:
