calmchess
I'm using the following CSS to layout a full screen page however when i add floating divs or any other content to .c-col then when I resize the page all the content collapses togeather i want to avoid using pixels as the width parameter because I don't know what resolution the client might be set at so percentages is my best be ......how can i tell the css not to collapse my content on resize? What should i do diffrently? body{ margin: 0; padding:0; background-color:black; } #c-block { width:100%; height:80%; } .c-col{ width:100%; height:800px; border:1px solid blue; }

haku
Set the top margin to a fixed height rather than a percentage. Top margin doesn't have anything to do with page width.
