PHP/ MySql Code generator

Hi...

 

I am very new in PHP/MySQL world. As it is a open source I am very much interested for. After hopping lot of websites I got puzzled, I need few things in a nutshell --

 

1. PHP/MySQL code generator: is it available a free tool to develop form, report, tables (like Caspio Bridge).

 

2. I have download Zend Server.. Will it help me to shorten the development time?

 

Is there any back to back compatible tool for PHP,MySQL, Apache server as like Oracle D2K.

 

Please help.
