jquery contact form problem

Hello to everyone..

I'm using HTML/CSS template, it has contact form, but here is not a place where is recipient mail possible to edit. And, unfortunately, I don't know how to add recipient e-mail. I just want to configure this form so all messages comes to my e-mail.

Here is the template.

I try to do this on my own, followed some tutorials, like

this , and I caould not do it..When I followed this tutorial I copied their code and everything seemed fine, no errors, but I could not recieve mails on my e-mail account..

 

I would be very grateful for help.
