Wysiwyg editors like Dreamweaver will never be able to code as well as someone who writes their own code. As long as you are using Dreamweaver to write your code, you will be at the mercy of it's code. And the code Dreamweaver produces is garbage. Then you would have to worry about resolution, then which browser and then combine the too and its just a lonnnnng mess and waste of time.. Code it yourself.
