PHP Soap with certificate

Hi to all,

 

I have came around on SoapClient... and somehow it is working. But everything started to get blurry when I came around with certificates. I have tried using local_cert on options, and loaded the CRT file on it but it seems not to load as I am not being allowed to get in. I don't have a PEM file but only CRT, PEM and a P12 file. How do I convert this to PEM file? and How do I use it with SoapClient?

 

I have tried a LOT of attempts but to no avail. Really needs someone to enlighten me.
