problem displaying form correctly using thickbox and jqtransform

I'm using thickbox to display a pop up with a form that can be submitted. The form itself is using the jqtransform plug to enhance the form fields.

The problem is that when using it with IE (any IE) and FF(any FF) the form fields don't display properly. Part of the textbox is missing but you can still type in, and the select menus don't show any content.

Everything works fine on Chrome and Safari, but since IE and FF are the 2 main browsers that users use, i really need to fix that or find a work around.

I'm hoping someone here has had this issue and managed to resolved it.
