move_uploaded_file eror in server

Hi,

 

I am trying to upload the image, where in my local system works fine and not in server.

 

 

 

 

echo $_FILES['file']['tmp_name'];
  
  echo "<br>";
  echo $path . $_FILES['file']['name'];
  
  
  if(move_uploaded_file($_FILES['file']['tmp_name'], $path . $_FILES['file']['name']))
  {
  echo "moved";
  }
  else
  {
  echo "no moving";
  }
  

  

 

 

this is the output am getting in localhost for move uploaded file

 

 

 

D:\xampp\tmp\php5BF.tmp

attachments/horse_pic/images_small.jpg

moved

 

 

 

 

this is the output am getting in server for move uploaded file

 

 

 

/tmp/phpJNzX6A

attachments/horse_pic/images_small.jpg

no moved

somewhere in your code, to see what the error is.

I am getting output as 0 when i add $_FILES['yourfile']['error'];

In your case you should be using

 

echo $_FILES['file']['error'];

actually issue with server i guess
