help needed

I'm building an e commerce site for my wife I am using PHP coding and DreamWeaver to build the site. I have spent most of this morning writing the code for the Admin-products view however the code is not working the code is as follows

where am I going wrong when i say it's not working i mean nothing at all is working the table wont show in the design view. if any one could help i would be very greatfull to you all

Also there are only functions declared in this code and they're never executed.

You have only defined functions, not called them.  You need to actually call the functions before they will do anything.
