I need some hands on help with a small custom Joomla PHP cookie thing...

Hi,

 

I need some help with creating a cookie when a user lands on a page with some user variables, as well as a few other variables so that another app can function properly. I don't mind paying somebody for their time, and for somebody well versed in PHP and Joomla, should be a fairly quick/ painless process.
