Help with a phpBB3 Forum!

Hey Guys,

 

I am in need of some help.  We have set up a forum at http://www.serenitymodz.net 

 

My First question is: The logo, I have changed many times, easily, in photoshop I even made it clickable.  However, the properties for the original logo, are set to when clicked to go to /index.php .  If you view the source code in html, line 134, I can easily see where I could change it...  However when I actually go to phpBB3/index.php , I cannot grasp the php code to find anywhere since it's not html to change that <a ref ?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The index.php file is located below the second question.

 

Second Question:  I know phpBB3 does not have any sort of subscription based add-ons like it's counterpart vBulletin from what i've found.  Is their a way I can add in, with all the navigation a donate button, I know it will have to be changed in many places, but it would help greatly.
