creativkook
Ok, this is my first time using a Microsoft SQL database instead of MySQL. Can someone point me in the direction of some good tutorials on how to connect to the database and all that jazz? I need to be able to have a login page, and then do simple updates to the database from a web page. imartin
$db = mssql_connect("hostname","username","password");mssql_select_db("databasename"$db)
Same as connecting to MySql just has its own functions. Then as far as running queries, if you are familiar with MySql queries using php it shouldnt be too hard for you to figure it out for mssql, most of the php is the same just not as extensiveas you can see: http://www.php.net/mssql.
