Remove spaces from Apache directory listing

I have been trying and searching the internet for a way to remove these non breaking spaces from my Apache directory listing.

As you can see there is a break in the layout being caused by blank spaces,

I used "IndexOptions SuppressDescription" To remove the description column.

 

Help greatly appreciated.
