Upgraded to PHP5 and it doesn't run

I recently upgraded to php5-5.3.3  onApache/2.2.16 (FreeBSD) on Freebsd 7.0 It was working before the upgrade , i doubled check httpd.conf.... its not that

 

but testing the installation shows a blank configuration page and I am getting these errors
