Trying to code in a membership card system as an add-on

Hiya pplz,

 

My script is www.ircdirect.co.uk/IRCPOS/

 

I am trying to implement a membership card system in to the shop where when customers have paid... say they spent £5 then they get 5 points on their reward points level.

 

Basically I want every item to have an extra column for "point level" and the points to be able to be manually added or removed too.

 

Cant work out how to do it. 

 

I also want to generate barcodes for each customer to stick on their cards and also want to be able to generate a report to show the big spenders.

 

Any idea how I would do this.
