I've been trying to set a php script to run at a given time with Windows Scheduled Tasks and it will work for most scripts including ones that connect with mysql_pconnect to a mysql database. The only one that doesnt work is the one I need to use.

It connects to an Oracle database through an ODBC connection. The script itself will work if launched from the browser, but I cannot get it to work from the command line or using a batch file run by Scheduled Tasks. It keeps giving me the TNS: Could not resolve service name error.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
