help me figure out this,

 

in header

this loads it

all is working good except adscend is nothing like cpalead lol, when user close cpaleads box they can reoping it, with adscend they close it they cant reopen it unless they refresh page

 

so is there a fix that can prevent this or a way to just have it auto refresh when closed?
