custom bullet list

I have this custom bullet list and i have it working but i have one problem, its not centering the custom bullet vertically

 

heres my code and a screenshot of what i mean

margin-top:80px;
margin-left:20px;

One thing which i'm thinking at would be to use line-height:100px; where 100px is the size of the elment or so. This way the text will be in the vertical middle. Try to play with the width and height property and center it also vertically with the mentioned command. Good luck!

line-height:30px; Works for me thanks man problem solved.
