Cannot run webpage if it is inside the folder

Good day!

 

I encountered a problem when I try to run my webpage. Like for example my webpage index.php is inside web folder in Inetpub\wwwroot\web folder. And when i run my index.php using http:\\localhost\index.php my webpage cannot be displayed. And when I move my index.php outside the folder the index.php appear. I already configure my IIS server.
