Help making image compare script

i need help on this one. i am aiming to make my own smaller version of tineye.com or something similar i do have a function that will compare 2 images in GD.

 

 

all i have to figure out now is how to spider the default image off of major networking sites like facebook,myspace etc. and list all the results found and the similarity of each picture.

 

the function is something like
