Not technically possible, unless you absolute position the button in.

 

What bing.com does is to remove the border around the "input text" (ie the search box), place the button next to the search box, and draw a white rectangle around both objects, giving the illusion of placing the button within the search box.

 

You can use the developer tools in your browser to see how this effect is achieved by bing.com.
