hi again guys. i have here a toggled div. this div has tabs for navigating external pages which are then loaded inside each iframe in each div. one page contain a form that modifies the record displayed in a table outside the toggled div. now my problem is, after i modify a specific record, say delete a course, the table should be automatically refreshed so the user will see what was being deleted without bothering to click the refresh button. but i have no idea where to begin so i hope you guys can help..here's the code after clicking confirm..

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>
<title>Delete course</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css"/>
<script language="JavaScript">
function refreshParent()
{
  history.go(-1)
  //automatically reload the page outside///
}
</script>
</head>
<body onload="setTimeout('refreshParent()',2000)">
<center><img src="images/wait.gif"></center><br>
<center>Record has been deleted!<p>You will be redirected back shortly..</p></center>
</body>
</html>
