Problematic website: http://gsmedia.gofreeserve.com/ecmall/

Problem:

This website was originally Chinese, I translated it into English from a language package. But then after translation, there was dislocation of the webpage. Even after a put the original words back, the website does NOT change to what it was. Only recover it with original language files may turn it back to normal. Right now, even the button for uploading image is dislocated, I am really troubled by this. Does any know about this software? The developer of this software is already near bankruptcy :shrug:
