Clearing form field

I had the form designed by someone else.  When I changed the Input Values for some of the fields, it made it so the text was not cleared when the user clicks on it (if you go to my page, for example, you will see that when you click on "full name" the text stays there, which is not the same for phone number.

 

How do I fix this?

I just need it so that the text is automatically cleared when someone clicks on it.
