text field UPDATE problem no error

everthing updates besides the ProductDescription field with the parsed string

if i put ProductDescription='test' it works  :wtf:

very strange???

if i drop the $ sign it inserts it as a string

ProductDescription='$pdescription->plaintext' doesnt work

 

ProductDescription='pdescription->plaintext' updates the field
