Creating Tables for scenario

"Test is identified by a unique Id, title, question id, question, multiple choice answers, when it was written and lecturer name. Lecture will be able to upload question and answer and view student answer to the question. Student will be able to take the exam by the lecturer. Student and Lecturer will be able to log in. Test will depend on what module the student takes. Lecture will be able to upload question for each module they test. Student will be able to find the test they were meant to take. When the test is taken the student will not  be able to retake the test."

 

This is my scenario and I will have to make tables and the table that I have come with are

Student:

          Name. username. password

 

Teacher:

          Name, TestId, Password

 

Question:

          Question Name, Answer, Question Id

 

Test:

        TestId, Time created, TestId

 

 

 

Is this okie.. correct me because I think this is wrong....
