Ajax Data Grid - Need help

Dear All,

 

Meanwhile i'm using this nice data grid,i had to face following problems

 

1.I need to change the query [setQuery()] that use to create the grid, according to the data which in text box (logaction).

2.I need to generate this data grid when i press a submit button (Display).

 

When i tried to this i got "Unknown runtime error" on "stateChanged()" function.

 

I have attached my sample code and database.Could you please help me to do that?
