MySQL Connect error

Hi all!

 

I am getting the following warning:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'user'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\e-peds\Source\includes\db_connect.php on line 3

 

Does it have to do with this:

The configuration file now needs a secret passphrase (blowfish_secret).

?

I do have a blowfish_secret in the config.inc. php.

 

Any advice?
