Change Configuration File (php.ini) Path

Hi there

 

I am failry new to PHP so please be gentle

 

I have installed PHP using RPM packages and PHP is not picking up the php.ini file.

 

php -i

Configuration File (php.ini) Path => /usr/local/lib

Loaded Configuration File => (none)

 

My php file is here > /etc/php5/cli/php.ini

How do I change this setting to pick up this php.ini file ?

 

Is there something I can change in http.conf ?
