Max upload 2m in PHP.ini, is that for one file? Or all files put together.

Hey guys, im uploading up to 48 PNG images from one page, this works fine when theres only a few images, but doesnt work the more there are. Is there any reason for this?

 

Is it to do with php.ini or is that per file, not for the whole upload?
