Automated beta key distribution

Hi

 

I need 1 of 2 things and Im hoping you can point ime in the right direction.

 

I have a lot of beta keys to distribute and its a pain getting users to PM me, I then type in the key in the replay, cross it of my list and send it. I would like to automate the process.

 

Ideal solution for me would be:

 

I register a new account on my phpbb3 forum, lets call him the 'beta_bot'

 

My forums users then PM beta_bot and he automatically sends back a PM with a beta key, he does this from a list and when he get to the end of the list he sends a 'Sorry, none left.' email

 

or I even seperate website that that users regester on  and it emails them a beta key. Again when all keys are used a generic email goes out. It would be good if this account then worked on the forum too, but not esseintial.

 

Is there anything in the wild that does anything like this?

doesnt anyone have any ideas.

 

Even a clue on what I should be googling would help.

 

Ive tried the follwoing search with no success:

 

 

auto PM responder with custom replys

auto PM seqential responder

auto emailer with custom replies

etc

 

But i mainly get a load of marketing tool rubbish for spamming customers
