Populating a small pool(snooker) league table

Hi Everyone,

 

I was looking for some direction on how to go about this. A client has asked to set up a small league table with 12 teams where simply they can add fixtures and the result of that fixture. So pending on what the result is if they win they get 2 points and if they loose they get nothing and this will determine what position they are in the league table.

 

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated even a small step in the right direction
