However, I'll let you write the script because he has way too many fields and capitalization for me to bother. :-P Since you don't know whether or not he is capable of using MySQL or other databases for this I would write something universal to cause less problems. I suggest flat files. fopen(); fread(); fgets(); and fwrite(); should take care of it.
