Up to date PHP proxy script??

Does anyone know of any PHP Proxy scripts that are up to date?

I need it to;

- Run on php 5.3

- Support running on a port other than 80 (Most older ones I've looked at wouldn't do this? and my HTTP server is running on a different port)

- Supports sites suck as facebook

 

I have tried googling etc but couldn't find much.
