On Submit refresh

I am new to javascript.  I have done some google searching and came up with very little help.

 

What I am trying to do is as follows:

 

Users clicks link for popup form:

 

user fills out form and submits.

 

Page with link refreshes and post shows.

 

I have it so when somebody posts the post goes into page but user has to refresh manually.

 

Is it possible for the page to auto refresh on submit?

 

This is what I have so far:

The link page would be for example:  page1.php

The popup form page would be: comment.php

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
