Need Help for if (state == "focus")

I was hoping someone could help me out here. My coding isn't good at all, I was to find a piece code that works for my focus image. However I want to add a to but not sure how or if can be done. I want it also to play an mp3 when focus is selected. If someone could help I would really appreciate it.
