miligraf
I have a tutorial database site, right now ppl have to send me an email with the info. so i manually add (with a php file) their tutorial to the database. Im thinking on making a file from wich they could add their tutorial info. to a temporary table or database so i accept or decline it to be added to the main tutorial table. My question is, what do you recommend me, a temporary table or a temporary database? which one is safer?Thx. ;D Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/23538-temporary-table-or-database/ Share on other sites
MCP
It seems kind of a waste to create an entire database just for a single table. If you're worried about security, create a separate ID (mixed mode authentication?), that only has the appropriate rights to the new table, and use that ID to connect to the database to save your users' new tutorials. So, I say just a new table, as there are no real security benefits to a separate database (assuming that's what you mean be safer?).
