Help! PHP server models gone in Dreamweaver MX

I sat down to work today, and suddenly, I have no PHP server model listed under either the new/dynamic page option or the server model in the manage sites/testing server box. I see al the ASPs, ColdFusion, and JSP, but no PHP!? Does anybody know how I get it back? I've searched the forums and Google to no avail. I use Dreamweaver MX2004 7.0.1, and I have Easy PHP 1.8 installed to preview pages locally. I have created a massive database for a regional law enforcement agency on MySQL, and if I don't get PHP back in Dreamweaver - it's useless. I'm sure it is some type of parameter that I have set incorrectly, but I don't know where or how.
